We are not able to hold dates indefinitely and we reserve the right to confirm other bookings.
Cost of taxi or other form of transportation will be reimbursed by the client.
Any extensions to the booking in the quote will be charged at a x1.5 rate.
Short Overnight (4 nights or less)
With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.
With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.
Long Overnight (4+ nights)
With 72 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.
With less than 72 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

€5 each way (covers transportation costs)
- in the following neighbourhoods: Novoli/Cascine, Porta al Prato/Leopoldo
€10 each way (covers transportation costs)
- in the following neighbourhoods: Centro Storico, Oltrarno, Michelangelo, Porta Romana
Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate
Weekends & National Holidays: charged at x1.5 rate
With 24 hours notice: the walk will be rescheduled for another day.
With less than 24 hours notice: the walk will be counted against the package.
